Commonwealth Scholarships Tenable In The United Kingdom 2008
Thursday 20th September 2007- St. George's: The Government of the United Kingdom, under the Commonwealth Scholarship Fellowship Plan, has invited application from suitably qualified persons for postgraduate scholarship awards commencing October 2008.
The awards are open to all areas of study and may be either of the following categories:-
• One year taught masters courses or equivalent degree.
• Six months or clinical training in medicine or dentistry.
• Doctoral or equivalent degrees, up to three years.
• One year research on split-site basis, towards a PhD.
Candidates should hold a first degree of at least upper second-class honours or masters by October 2008.
Application forms can be sourced at www.cscuk.org.uk. Additional information on the programme can be obtained from the Department of Human Resources.
Please note that completed applications must reach the Department no later that October 31, 2007.
