Government of Grenada Secures 15 Nursing Scholarships from Cuba
Wednesday 5th September, 2007, St. George’s: The Grenada Government has secured nursing scholarships for fifteen young Grenadian’s in Cuba.
The scholarships which have been made possible through the joint agreement and harmonious working relationship between the Governments of Grenada and Cuba, provides the opportunity for the young and promising Grenadian’s to become qualified medical professionals.
The students which include two young men and thirteen young women are expected to travel to Cuba on September 17th to commence their studies.
The nursing scholarship program will run for a period of fifty four months or (4-1/2) years.
