Ministry of Education Scholarship Announcement
The Ministry of Education is pleased to announce the availability of five [5] scholarships under the Grenada Skills for Inclusive Growth Project which is being funded by the World Bank to pursue studies leading to a Masters Degree in Technical Education with the possibility of specializing/concentration in the following areas
• Hospitality
• Construction
• Marine
Applications
are invited from suitable Grenadian Nationals for the aforementioned scholarship. Eligibility for selection will be based on the following:
o At least a first degree from a recognized university:
o Certificate in teacher training will be an asset.
Application must be accompanied by the following supporting documentation:
o At least four [4] years in teaching.
o Curriculum Vitae.
o Certified copies of education/professional qualification.
o Two reference letters (one of which must come from previous/current employer).
o A short essay of approximately five hundred (500) words stating your reason for pursuing the area of study and how you intend to make use of the study once selected.
Incomplete application will not be considered.
Applicants are therefore asked to ensure that all supporting documentations are included along with the application. In the event an official certificate is not available a formal statement from the education institution attesting to the award of certificate /educational qualification will be acceptable.
Applications should be submitted in a sealed envelope, indicating clearly on the envelope the area being applied for and should be addressed to:
